After an internal training on our solutions DiotaPlayer and DiotaConnect you will become the key interface between our customers and the transverse divisions of Diota. Thus you mission will comprise the following tasks:

  • You create and implement demonstrations of augmented reality through 3D design tools (Unity, Catia Composer, Siemens ...) at our customers’ offices.
  • You train customers to use our solutions.
  • You coordinate the installation and configuration of Diota solutions for our customers and guarantee the quality of our service in accordance with our commitments.
  • You assure technical assistance for the customers facing different problems.
  • You contribute to the continuous improvement of our services by implementing corrective and preventive actions and updating the installation procedures of our solutions.

Industrial Project Manager M/F

Industrial Project Manager M/F

As part of our Project & Delivery Direction, you will be in tight collaboration with our R&D and sales teams and will be responsible for:

  • Analysis of customer needs and definition of technical specifications
  • Projects supervision and management (software and hardware solutions for industry)
  • Acting as Diota’s interface with customers and coordinating projects with R&D, sales and delivery teams
  • Reporting to general management
  • Accompanying and advising clients in their change management
  • Ensuring customers’ satisfaction.

Moreover you will accompany our teams on pre-sales phases to evaluate project requirements and technical feasibility (planning, staffing, risk management) and advising the client on the best solutions to choose.

Technical Sales Engineer M/F

Technical Sales Engineer M/F

You will be in charge of prospecting new industrial leads and strengthening the existing client portfolio in order to grow Diota business of Germany.
In close collaboration with the support team (technicians, project managers, communication officers) you will contribute to the development of a sustainable business strategy and maximization of market penetration, and will supervise the strategy implementation in the field. Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

  • Development and implementation of our business plan
  • Prospecting new leads
  • Management of a customer portfolio
  • Editing commercial offers
  • Managing the turnover and realized margin for the assigned area
